Our O'Fallon office is located off of Frank Scott Parkway near Old Collinsville Road. The Stone Henge-like rock structure and Amazing Smiles' bright sign are great landmarks to find us. Our office is centrally locatated where Shiloh, Swansea, Fairview Heights and O'Fallon come together.

With an added location and a new provider, we are able to to schedule your appointment even faster. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
